This modules is used to define a calendar of events for web projects in OpenCMS. Modul has two administration parts and at the same time provides means for displaying calendar, list of events (e.g. for a specific day) and detail of an event on the web. An event is either an link to some OpenCMS document (an event created by a contextual menu associated with document in OpenCMS view Explorer) or separate record (en event reated in administration part of this module).

Web pages can thus contain a graphical representation of a calendar e.g. a web calendar for current month. Upon moving cursor over a visually represented day for which there is an event defined a popup title is displayed with the first event in that day. Upon selecting a day from the web calendar visual representation a detailed page with all events for that day is displayed.

Detailed page contains all events related to a selected day. Each event also shows its lifetime indicated by its first and last day, its headlin and detialed event description.
